Roll core machine is for making the paper core inside the toilet paper roll. It consists of three parts: raw material stand, glue unit, rewinding and cutting unit. It can make
different thickness and different diameter paper core by changing the mould. This machine easy to operate, running stable, can work with toilet paper rewinding machine.

1. Inverter control to ensure the accuracy of the length of paper tube2. Automated online on plastic, paper tube and cut off
3. Product diameter and length can be customized according to customer needs
4. Products are widely used in toilet paper. Plastic and textile industry

Parchment station- Parchment paper stand for pasting the finishing paper on out side of paper tubes. Light weight easy to operate. Paper speed is synchronized with winder speed.
Slitting Machine-Slitting Machine with 1000 mm. Working 5 HP DC Motor with DC Drive. With 10 Cutter Sets with Top and Bottom, Heavy duty casting body Duplex rewinding, Single Shaft Loading
Air Compressor ( optional)-200 LBS Air Compressor with 2 HP AC Motor Single Or Three Phase. Branded Co. make. Wall thickness as per customer requirement.
