Particle board - also known as particleboard, low-density fibreboard (LDF), and chipboard - is an engineered wood product manufactured from wood chips, sawmill shavings, or even sawdust, and a synthetic resin or other suitable binder, which is pressed and extruded.
The advantages of using particleboard over veneer core plywood is it is more stable (unless it gets wet), much cheaper to buy, and somewhat more convenient to use.

5. Low adhesive usage. Electronic dosing is used.

6. Mat forming adopt advanced mechnanical calssifying mat forming. The unique spiral pattern of diamond rolls ensure ideal forming performance, increase the panel quality.

7. Multi-opening hot press with synchronized closing device, which ensures the synchronization and stability of plate moving, thus accurate panel thickness and reduce sanding amount.

8. Electrical control system: famous brand quality electric compoments and  PLC control systems.
