Product Description
Dry granulation is a production process in which powder raw materials are compacted by pressure roller and crushed into granules that meet user requirements - it can improve the physical characteristics of raw material powder and solve the problems of different particle size, uneven density, poor fluidity, and easy to form layers. The processed powder has better particle size uniformity, significant increase in bulk density, improved fluidity, and its solubility, porosity and specific surface area can be controlled, and the requirements for the auxiliary material itself are not as demanding as the powder direct pressing, which helps to improve the production efficiency of the subsequent mixing or tableting proces
Scope of application:
