Product Description
AUTO Automatic Pipe Welding Station has features as following:
l Three models available( 8" type, 16" type, 24" type);
l Suitable for C.S./S.S./Alloy S., etc.;
l Consist of two welding machines/heads, one is column and boom type; another is pressure head type;
l TIG/MIG/SAW are optional;
l PLC system control & WPS programmed;
l Higher welding quality and efficiency, for example, for a 24" type automatic pipe welding station, it can reach 330DI-375DI /day productivity, including handling, presetting time.
Technical Data:
AUTO Automatic Pipe Welding Station is standard designed, including Pressure-head Type Elbow Welding Machine, Elevating Type Pipe Supporter, and Column & Boom Type Welding Machine, Chuck-type Positioner, and Rail Skids. Each welding station has two welding heads, and the complete station is able to do welding of pipe fittings to pipe fittings, pipe to pipe fittings such as elbow, flange, tee, and reducer. The two welding heads is able to work at the same time to finish both short and long pipe spool joint welding.
There are more than 40 sets of WPS program stored in the control system. Through the touch screen the operator just need to select the welding procedure to be used for various diameters of pipes with different wall thickness. And it can use T.I.G, M.I.G, or S.A.W welding process for joint automatic root pass, fill and cap pass welding.
It is widely used in the industry of oil and gas, refinery, petro-chemical, shipping building, offshore, power plant, nuclear plant, etc.
