Volumetric Dosers
XCM series volumetric doser can automatically mix 1 main material and 1-3 masterbatches or additives of plastic raw materials in proportion. It is suitable for injection molding, extrusion or blow molding production. This series of products adopts hybrid stepping motor and special PLC touch controller, which can accurately measure the addition proportion of masterbatch and additives. The doser can be connected with all kinds of molding machine signals, and then run synchronously to ensure the consistency of molding product performance.
