1. This machine is suitable for fully automatic production, adopts toggle clamping system, low energy consumption, central clamping, fast speed and smoother operation.

2. Mould opening and closing system: specially designed counter-balanced clamping mechanism, using high pressure clamping, the clamping plate force is set in the center of the platen, the clamping force is large, and the open and firm clamping platen can fit even the ultra-wide mold.

3. Die head system: All are made of high-quality materials such as 38CRMOALA, which are made by precision machining and heat treatment.

4. Hydraulic system: full hydraulic double proportional hydraulic control, equipped with imported famous brand hydraulic valve and oil pump, stable and reliable.

5. Automatic flashing device: The overflow removal device can accurately remove the residual material of the product, and is equipped with a direct push type overflow removal device and a rotary knife type overflow removal device, which truly realizes a fully automatic equipment without manual operation.

B: Yes,we are factory. our factory is located in zhangjiagang near from shanghai. We have about 50 workers in our factory.

B: 12months of electrical part and 18months of mechanical part after machine installed and running normally.
3. A: What about installation?
B: Our engineer can be sent to your country. but customer should pay the air tickets and 100usd as salary per person per day. besides, customer should arrange the accommodation for them during the trip.
4. A: What do we do if we encounter problem about the machine ?
B: Show us the picture or video of the problem. If the problem is from small machine, we will send you solution by video. If the problem is from large machine, our engineer will go to your factory (customer will pay the fee during the trip).
5. A: How can you control the quality and delivery?
