(2) Pipe Accumulator equipped to ensure sufficient buffering time while automatic coil changes. It also has function of tesion control, which can automatically adjust the winding speed accroding to the storage pipe length. Winding speed is precisely synchronized with the line production speed. 
(3) A series of auxiliary devices such as pipe clamping, automatic cutting and pipe end pressing in this winding machine are essential intelligent fucntions for fully automatic operation of the winder. 

(4) Auto strapping device can be customized according to the user's requirement. The device can realize automatic 3-5 strapping to the coil. After finishing auto strapping,the auto discharging part will start subsequently. When finish auto discharging, the reel will return to the initial position automatically. No manually intervention during the entir process. 
(5) PLC Control system is applied, enter with setting instruction. Available to set the coiling length, strapping quantities, coiling pipe diameter etc parameter etc parmeters through HMI (Human Machine Interface), which guarantee the synchronization and stability of the entire system.
