Installation and testing
We dispatch engineer go abroad for installation and testing machine until machine working successfully when machine reach to buyer's factory, or according to buyer's arrangement.
Buyer should take the responsibility for engineer's round-journey ticket, room and board there, cost for visa, and arrange a translator. If need engineer supply train, buyer should pay salary $60 per day.
Customer's service
Warranty period of one year. Within one year the main components of the machine problems, we provide replaced spare parts (except for the improper operation of the buyer); if technical problem can be solved by buyer, we can supply solution by email or phone. For operating problem occurred during production, you can contact with us at any time.
