Application
The machine is designed and manufactured specially for packing powdery and soft pouch in medical, food and chemical industries etc. Such as pepper, coffee, medical powder, pollen, milk powder, tea powder, flour, bean flour, coffee powder, sugar powder, milk tea powder, fruity powder, food additives, powder glucose, seasoning, pesticide, health-care tea powder, washing powder and herbal medicine etc.


Features:
1. All the cover of the packaging machine is 304 Stainless Steel, including every screw on the body of the machine which conforms to the GMP Standard and make the powder packed by this machine more sanitary.
2. Advanced sealing system design makes the seal more neat, gas-tight and firmly.
3. Slip-ring design is adopted by the temperature measurement system which can measure the surface temperature accurately.
4. Special screw design make the filling more convenient. Without appeared the blocking phenomenon.
5. High-temperature resistant bearings which are imported from Japan are adopted which extend 2-3 years using time on the basis of original using time of the machine. No lubricating oil is needed for this packaging machine, thus saved the cost of maintain.
6. Humanized and hidden free-swinging knife design are adopted by the cutting system with the machine to make sure the safety of the operators and make the using life of the cutter longer.
7. Equipped with antipollution and dustproof device.
8. The operation facility is controlled by American INTEL computer, all function is displayed with digital screen.
9. Minimum sealing temperature variation employs PID temperature, the tolerance is controlled by &plus or minus 2 degree.
