Product Description
The automatic resin anchor agent production line is developed by Helper company, it adopts foreign advanced technology and full set of automatic control system. The machine is composed of two automatic packing machine (also can choose multiple machines according to production requirement annual production is above 15 million pieces. This production line can produce resin anchor agent products which diameter between ø 23~ø 50 length between 200 mm~600 mm, and hardening time medium (I type), fast (K type), ultra fast (CK type). Easy to operate.
Feature:
1. Can choose one or more sets of packing machine as customers' request.
2. Can use both single polyester film and composite film. It solves the problem caused by composite film partition mixture in using when mixing.
3. The clipping machine adopt to up and down swing type clipping head to avoiding damage of the film during packing process.
4. The machine has position correcting set.
5. The machine can be divided into semi-auto production line (Pic 1) and automatic production line (Pic 1+Pic 2) according to customer's request.
6. This machine adopts automatic variable frequency type of cross-flow conveying system, the operator can adjust material supplying speed according to needs.
7. Automatic materials mixing guarantee stability of products.
8. The propeller mixing system ensures materials fully mixing.
9. Control parts: PLC control, touch screen display system, human-machine interface.
10. Ending off the period of "high labor strength, high staff, high pollution" of production enterprise
