DXD-180DJ Automatic horizontal pouches packing machine consists of motor film release, bag forming, bag bottom sealing, vertical sealing, servo bag pulling, shearing, bag opening inspection, bag opening filling, bag transfer, bag dusting and dust removal, bag top sealing and other mechanisms. The coordinated action of each mechanism is completed by the cam on the main shaft driven by the motor, and the position signal is feedback by the encoder on the main shaft under the programmable control of PLC, The functions of film roll → bag forming → bag making → bag opening inspection → filling → bag dusting and dust removal → sealing → finished product transportation are realized. Finally, it is packed manually.
The main machine adopts standard stripe sealing, and the filling device can be replaced to realize the automatic filling of various materials such as powder, granule, suspending agent, emulsion, water agent and so on. The whole machine is made of SUS304, which has good anti-corrosion effect on highly corrosive materials. Toughened glass cover prevents dust leakage, which is more environmentally friendly and pollution-free.
