Introduction of shrimp selection machine

shrimp selection machine can replace workers. The machine is not only beautiful but also practical. The equipment consists of three washing machines and a classifying drum. Each of the classification drum sets is composed of two tapered rollers, which use the different gaps formed between the two rollers to achieve the purpose of automatically sorting the shrimps; and the conveyor belt under the rollers achieves the purpose of automatic conveyance, thereby achieving mechanical automation. Greatly improved production efficiency and become the leading product in the aquatic product processing industry.

Features of shrimp selection machine

Washing machine 1:

1. The bracket is made of 75×45×1.5mm stainless steel square tube, and the cleaning tank material is made of 2mm 304/2B stainless steel plate.

2. The conveyor belt is made of high-strength polyvinyl chloride plastic steel belt with a width of 1746mm. The height of the baffle is 10 mm and the length of the conveying section is 2800 mm.

3. The conveyor belt bracket is made of 2mm304/2B stainless steel plate flange and 38×25×1.2, 19×19×1.0mm stainless steel square tube.

4. The machine is equipped with manual stepless speed regulating motor and 4 UCF205 bearings.

Washing machine 2:

Rolling sorting machine :

1. The grading body bracket is made of Φ114×2.0mm, Φ89×2.0mm stainless steel tube and 3mm stainless steel plate, and the material is 304/2B.

2. The graded drum is made of Φ125-Φ130mm plastic drum, the quantity is 12 pieces, and the bearing has 12 pieces of UCP207 and UCF207.

3. The side guard plates and the discharge port are made of thick 1.2mm304/2B stainless steel plate.

4. The staged drum power is 1 set of 1.5KW stepless variable frequency speed regulating motor.

5. There are 5 conveyors under the classifier. The conveyor belt is made of high-strength polyvinyl chloride plastic steel belt with a width of 200mm.

6. The grading conveyor belt bracket is made of thick 2.0mm304/2B stainless steel plate, equipped with 20 UCF204 bearings and 2 sets of 0.4Kw geared motors.

7. Electrical system: one distribution control box, the outer casing is stainless steel. Voltage 440v/380v, 60Hz, 3-phase power.
