1,Introduction to Steam Shrinking Machine:
The new steam shrinkage furnace greatly improves the thermal shrinkage efficiency, and is easy to adjust and maintain for different and irregular bottle shapes such as round bottles, square bottles, and flat bottles. The shrinkage is smooth, and the steam spraying method adopts a separate steam drum design. The pipeline is smooth and does not occupy space. The spraying outlet is divided into four sections on each side, and the height, front and back, and gas output of each section can be adjusted separately to achieve the most perfect shrinkage effect. The low-pressure steam drum adopts seamless steel pipe design, and each connecting pipe uses stainless steel hose quick couplings, which are easy to disassemble and install. The entire machine casing is made of stainless steel and insulated, which not only saves energy but also meets international safety standards. The bottom stainless steel water collection tray concentrates condensed water and can be connected for discharge, without affecting the working environment. The box is equipped with two windows at the front and back. The whole machine adopts waterproof design and is made of stainless steel, making it easy to operate and maintain.
