Automatic Smoothness Tester
YT-ABST high-performance automatic smoothness tester. The tester, with introduction of modern mechanical design concepts and ergonomic design criteria, and with application of microcomputer processing technology, servo control technology and dual sensor detection technology, provides automatic one-touch test, comparable to imported testers.. And it is applied to measure surface smoothness of paper and board and it is the ideal testing equipment in papermaking, packaging, printing, inspection, research and other departments.
- Adjustable-speed servo motor and high-accuracy force sensor keep paper pressing gentle and impact-free and helps improve accuracy of paper pressing. Such design helps effectively eliminate the error caused by the tester itself. (For the other smoothness testers commonly used in China, the employed load weight or load lever mechanism may impact sample and thus cause damage to sample; besides, due to influence of spring, pressure may change as the thickness of sample changes.)
- 32-bit ARM high-speed processor and high-accuracy analog devices helps make measurement and control easier.
- 5-inch touch screen features Chinese display, touch key, sufficient information, easy and intuitive operation.
