A: Sorry, most of our machines don't have stock as we always produce according to order. However, if during fairs months, maybe have few samples back from fairs.
Q: What's the MOQ?
A: Well, the MOQ is different from 1 set to 10 sets according to machines size. For big size machine, MOQ can be 1 set; for small size machine MOQ at least 5 sets.

A: We have been certified the ISO9001:2008 Quality management system, ISO14001 Environmental management system, OHSAS18001 International occupational health and safety management system and Social Accountability 8000(SA8000). A: Usually 50% advance payment and the balance when goods are ready and after inspection, before shipment.
However, if total amount is small, we prefer 100% prepayment to help save bank charges for both of us.

A: Most questions during operation can be solved with our help with pictures, videos and Instructions. Our engineers are also available to service overseas to provide professional technical support if needed.
