PX100D Fully Automatic Winding machine is a specially designed winding machine for small size spiral wound gasket (only for gasket without inner ring). To operate this machine, the operator only needs put raw material on the machine and setup needed data and gasket quantity, the machine will feed graphite filler and steel hoop totally automatically. The machine will stop when the set quantity arrives or material finished or break. Otherwise it will continue production fully automatically. This machine will save your labor cost a lot since one operator can take care of 5 machines easily. It is suitable for small size industrial gasket and also motorcycle exhaust gasket.
