1. CNC pipe bending machine configuration list
1. The whole machine frame is welded with 4*8*4 thick square tubes
2. The gear box is welded with 30MM thick iron plate
3. The main shaft diameter is 70MM
4. Gear transmission. Large modulus gears are high-frequency quenched. Low noise and durable
5. The mold is made of mold steel, forged, finely processed and heat treated to ensure durability
6. The feed main motor is 7.5KW (with 11kW inverter) and equipped with a vertical needle cycloid subtraction machine. The top bending motor is a private service 4.3KW with a Shanghai Zhuoda precision private service special subtraction machine
7 (1) System part has automatic fault alarm and automatic fault detection function. 7-inch large screen (touch screen) with high resolution and clear subtitles. Infinitely variable speed adjustable from 3 to 20 meters
(2) The maximum capacity of the operation program is (800) groups. The operation program will not be lost due to power outages or long-term non-use
(3) When the machine is automatically processing , the control system can still input or edit programs
(4) Equipped with piece counting function
(5) Absolute origin positioning is adopted. No complicated procedures are required to find the origin of each axis every time the machine is restarted
