hydraulic model. Both variants are capable of pressing tarpaulins and automatically securing them with a strap, ensuring optimal performance.

Lead time: For store products, we ensure dispatch within just 7 days. For custom products, please allow approximately 15 days for meticulous crafting and preparation. We prioritize protecting our products. Therefore, small parts are securely packed in durable plywood boxes. Larger items are carefully nuded-packed, with critical areas wrapped for waterproofing to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

2. What payment terms do you accept?
The buyer must make a 30% deposit upfront. The remaining 70% balance should be paid via TT within 7 days before delivery, or the buyer may open a 100% irrevocable L/C at sight through the seller's appointed bank.

3. What is the delivery timeframe?
The seller will arrange shipment within 90 working days upon order confirmation.

4. How do I install and debug the machine upon arrival?
We provide detailed instructions and installation videos. If the buyer requires onsite installation, engineers can be dispatched at a rate of USD150 per day. The buyer is responsible for the engineers' daily expenses (including meals, travel, and accommodation) and round-trip tickets from China to the buyer's site.

5. Is the machine easy to operate? What should I do if it doesn't work?
Our machine is designed for stability and ease of use, requiring just one person to operate with minimal training. We provide manuals and instructional videos, and we recommend visiting our factory for hands-on training. If any issues arise, you can contact us via phone, video chat, or email, and we'll provide a solution within 36 hours. If needed, our engineers are available for onsite support internationally.
