Product Description
Stretch hood wrapper is a high efficiency solution to handle integrated pallet packaging. By stretching on four sides of film roll, the wrapper covers film around pallet from top to bottom. Stretch film will be wrapped around pallet in five sides after stretching and high resilience. Sinolion Machinery isl always able to find a solution to improve your packaging system. Process flow
1. Before the pallet enters the host, the ultrasonic device detects its height, and at the same time determines the length of the film required.
2. Start feeding film. Pull open the film by suction.
3. When the 4 grippers stretch forward to the bottom of the stretched film, start to feed the film and pull the film apart by suction.
4. When the previously determined length of the film is completely rolled up on the gripper, the film will be sealed and cut.
5. After the film is stretched to cover the entire pallet, the gripper starts to drop.
6. Finally, the film will slide into the bottom of the pallet to tightly combine the pallet and the accumulation.
7. The gripper rises to the starting point, and the ultrasonic device starts to detect the height of the next pallet stack.
8. When the pallet leaves the host after the hooding is completed, the next pallet enters the host immediately.
