Automatic Sulfur Dioxide Distillation Device

SD series Sulfur Dioxide(SO₂) Distiller mainly used for sample distillation treatment before sulfur dioxide detection in food and drugs, which is special equipment developed in accordance with the standard requirements of sulfur dioxide nitrogen-charge distillation method in the pharmacopeia and national food safety standards. Adopting a highly integrated design, with a width of 25cm, it can be used independently as well as multiple sets in parallel for users' choice.

Ceramic Heater- Reliable and Safety


Adopts high temperature resistant ceramic heating body with excellent waterproof performance and safety use. With multiple functions of heating power adjustment, timing heating, magnetic stirring, etc., which fully meets the needs of the experiment.

The heater is an independent module design, which can be removed from the distillation device and used in other heating experiments instead of the traditional heating jacket, which is safer and more reliable.
 

Double-mouth Sealing Cup- Air Leakage Visible

There are two split sealing cups in the double-mouth round flask. After connecting with the reflux condenser and the separating funnel, water can be filled into the water-sealing cup. If the interface leaks, air bubbles will be generated in the water-sealing cup, reminding the user to deal with it in time , To avoid low recovery rate of analysis results;

 Double Absorption Bottle-Compliance with ASTA Standards

Equipped with two 100ml absorption bottles of toluene and hydrogen peroxide, which meet the requirements of ASTA standard and can reduce analysis interference.
 

Independent Nitrogen Stabilized -- flow is stable

SD series sulfur dioxide distillation  not only has an independent adjustable nitrogen flowmeter, but also has a built-in independent nitrogen pressure stabilization device to avoid mutual nitrogen flow fluctuations when used in parallel.
