YT-C type hydraulic storage tank lifting equipment is a set of large hydraulic lifting equipment specially developed by our company for national crude oil reserve project in 1994.As long as the number of hydraulic cylinder and pump station system is increased or decreased, this type of equipment can be applied to the inverted construction of large storage tanks with different volumes ranging from thousands of cubic meters to hundreds of thousands of cubic meters.

★The overall structure of the equipment
1, The equipment is evenly placed inside the jacked tank. The overall force and lateral force of the equipment are calculated strictly and successfully applied.
2, The structure is rigorous and compact, the output force is adjustable, the jacking speed meets the jacking requirements, and the synchronization accuracy is high.
★Working principle of the equipment
The transfer of force: output force of hydraulic cylinder → steel wire rope → rising ring (welded with lifting lug) → rib plate for transferring force → tank wall jacking
Jacking control process:
1, Pump station control box (rotating selection button) → Centralized control operation box (Figure 1-3) → hydraulic jacking pump station (solenoid of valve group) →PLC devices → centralized control operation box → hydraulic jacking pump station → integral or partial lifting or lowering of hydraulic cylinder.
2, Pump station control box (rotating selection button) → control handle → hydraulic cylinder (single or multiple) fine adjustment up and down.
