This equipment is mainly used for filling and capping bird's nest drinks. The filling system adopts piston valve precise quantification technology. The filling system has a large diameter and can fill large pieces of solid bird's nest materials into bottles. Moreover, the specially made filling valve can avoid clogging by solid materials. The adjustable-speed stirring blades in the storage cylinder ensure the uniform distribution of bird's nest in the storage cylinder. The integrated design of filling and capping occupies a small space and makes the high-speed operation of the equipment more stable. The CIP cleaning system can fully clean and disinfect the equipment. The output of the equipment is 3000 - 12000 bottles per hour.
