Integrated with mechanical, electrical& pneumatic system, with PLC & touch screen to control, this monoblock can auto finish effervescent tablet sifting& counting, auto tube unscrambling, tablet filling, auto cap unscrambling pressing & online labeling etc. The whole process is controlled via PLC system, & does auto production cycles.
1. By labor only pouring tubes, tables & caps into the relative cabinets, the system can auto finish tube unscrambling feeding, tablets feeding counting quantative filling and cap feeding pressing and finished tubes manipulator exit, with highly automation & great production efficiency.
2. With PLC & touch screen to control & operate, auto counting; no tube, no filling; no tablets, no capping; auto fault alarm, with high automation.
