Automatic High Speed Paper cup Forming Machine (Open Cam System)
ZSZB-D automatic paper cup forming machine comes with automatic lubrication system, which makes all mechanical parts working much more smoothly. The cup bottom adopts the stretching die which make the bottom sealing quality better and less leaking percentage. It has PLC control, sensor failure detecting system, cup bottom paper feeding controlled by servo motor. The machine has safety guard to protect the people working safely, it is the best choice for making paper cups.
Technical Specification
1. The capacity is increased to 60-70 cups per minute from 45-55 cups per minute. Gear driving system is adopted instead of chain driving to avoid chain loosed and broken.
2. It adopts PLC system, HMI computer operation,sensor detecting system. All of the electrical equipments use LG from Korea.
3. The machine host uses automatic lubrication system.It is convenient to be well maintained and good for working life.
4. The bottom paper feeding is controlled by stepping-motor (or equipped with servo-motor) and sensor.
5. The feeding length is adjusted quickly and accurately, and reduce paper waste.
