Vertical parting, flaskless, full-automatic, continuous high-speed, pre-compaction for sand shotting and hydraulic compaction molding, suitable for large-scale production of cored and coreless small and medium-sized castings in various industries.The new generation molding main machine has the functions of front and back compaction and automatic cavity adjustment.
The human machine dialogue interface allows the user to adjust and set various technical parameters of the machine on the computer screen within the defined scope of use.
The molding line is controlled by microcomputer, and imported advanced elements such as PLC, position sensing element, pressure sensing element and liquid crystal display screen are used to realize automatic and stable operation of the process, dynamic input / output animation monitoring, fault query, alarm and remote control.
Compared with similar molding lines, it has obvious progressiveness and advantages in terms of automation control, electromechanical integration level, equipment operation reliability, element wear resistance, mold closing synchronous conveying, mechanical core loading, synchronous cooling, automatic sanding and other complete functions, standardization level and maintainability.
It has the advantages of high productivity, high dimensional accuracy of castings, low noise, low labor intensity, simple assembly line, fewer auxiliary machines, small floor area, low process and construction investment, and energy saving, and it is the most advanced and efficient green sand molding line at present.
The molding line is mainly composed of a molding main machine, a sanding machine, a translational core loading machine, a synchronous clamping conveyor, a belt cooler, an electric control system, a hydraulic system and a pneumatic control system.
The molding main machine adopts sand shooting and hydraulic compaction to realize sand molding, and at the same time completes mold lifting, mold closing and pushing.
The sanding machine regularly and quantitatively adds sand to the main machine.
The optional translational core loading machine can quickly and accurately load the cores synchronously on line.
An air lock is provided for automatic template replacement.
The synchronous clamping / supporting conveyor (12m or 18m in length) completes the pouring, mold conveying and cooling synchronously with the main machine.
According to the casting cooling time, the synchronous belt cooler extends the casting cooling time after the synchronous clamping conveyor to prevent casting deformation.
