The machine adopts a single-knife side-mounted capping structure, which automatically completes the full production process from bottle management, upper capping, capping to bottle out.
The machine adopts large dial wheel into the bottle, reciprocating cyclic tracking filling and single-knife flexible rolling capping method, can automatically complete the bottle sorting, bottle feeding, filling, capping, capping and other processes, and its filling form can be configured according to the user's requirements of glass pump, metal pump or peristaltic pump for filling.
The bottle is put into the bottle belt through the turntable, the lid bucket will straighten out the bottle cap, and in turn enter the drop cap track, the bottle wheel drives the bottle through the lower cap track when the cap is dropped, the bottle mouth will put the bottle cap on, enter the capping station, the rolling knife will then complete the sealing of the cap, and finally send out the bottle dial wheel for packing.
Unique single-knife rolling crimping capping method, when the cam will be the bottle top to a high point, the rolling cap head jams the bottle mouth, and the rolling knife fixed next to it gradually squeezes the aluminum cap from shallow to deep, so that the aluminum cap hugs the bottle mouth tightly to achieve sealing.
