Characteristics
Engineered with a single row synchronous belt for smooth conveying and servo motor control for precise movements: including the up-and-down and back-and-forth motion of the filling needle, integral sucker plugging, and outfeed. This advanced machine seamlessly executes operations such as vial orienting, conveying, (pre-nitrogen), filling, (post-nitrogen), stopper orientation, and plugging, offering both full and half plugging capabilities.
Integrating cutting-edge technologies from across the industry, coupled with our innovative filling principles, we have crafted this high-speed sterile filling machine featuring an all-servo system. Options include ORABS, IPC weighing, and CIP&SIP for the filling system. This high-level configuration ensures full compliance with EU cGMP standards.
