QT7-18 Block Making Machine
1. The host is ingeniously crafted from high-strength steel, featuring a dynamic crossbeam and guided by four robust columns. The bone material lifting frame, powered by an oil cylinder, offers seamless adjustability according to the mold's height, ensuring effortless and precise adaptation.
2. Our guide column, crafted from high-strength special steel, boasts a chrome-plated surface renowned for its exceptional wear resistance, ensuring longevity and reliability in operation.
3. The fabric method employs an innovative fork swinging mechanism, delivering rapid fabric speed coupled with unrivaled compactness, enhancing efficiency and product quality.
4. Featuring a patented suspended four-way positioning aggregate truck (patent number ZL 201220394056.6), it offers low running resistance and power consumption. This advanced design addresses and resolves the interference issues between the scraper plate and mold, which can arise due to plate thickness variances.
5. The vibration system, underpinned by state-of-the-art servo control, leverages the high-speed and high torque attributes of servo motors. This enables an instant excitation of vibration force, significantly boosting molding speed and enhancing product density.
