Operating system uses PLC programing to make the process automated and easy control.Tunnel gas baking oven is main equipment for automatic wafer production line, the gas oven has excellent performance, and the main marks are:

Our factory was built in 1972. It has evolved from a state-owned confectionery factory to one with four modern workshops and one CNC center, along with 200 employees. The total area is more than 20,000 square meters. In terms of land occupancy and the number of employees, we are the biggest one in Shanghai.
DELIVERY DATE:Within 60 working days after the receipt of the down payment.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
50% by T/T as deposit and the balance shall be paid by T/T before delivery.
THERS: Testing & training:
The plant layout design, assembling and installation, start-up and local team training will be charge if the machine is exported, the buyer should be responsible for the round-trip tickets, local transportation, board & lodging and US$200.-/day/person shall be paid as pocket money to our technicians. There should be one or two persons and it will cost about 7-15 working days.
WARRANTY:
The seller guarantees the quality of the products for 12 months since the date of installation. During the warranty period, any problems/defaults happen on the hard parts of the machinery, the buyer will replace the parts at the seller's cost (FREE). If the defaults are aroused by the defaulted operations, or the buyer needs the technical assistance for the processing problems, the buyer should be responsible for all the cost and their allowance.
UTILITIES:
The buyer should prepare sufficient electric power, water, steam and compressed air supplies which are suitable to be connected to our machinery before the arrival of our machinery.
VALIDITY:
This offer is valid for 30 days.
