Technical Specifications

1. Machine Structure: Tank frame, tank body, motorized chain plate conveyor, side check window, battery inlet mechanism, battery outlet mechanism, acid fume suction hood, internal water inlet and outlet pipe, control system and so on.

2. Bottom plate is welded by 20mm PVC board, side plate adopts 15mm thickness PVC board.

3. The conveyor made by anti-acid and anti-corrosion high strength PP chain plates.

4. Each tank has 2 water inlets (automatic water in), 4 water overflow holes and 2 water outlet holes (battery out by manual). All the pipes are made by UPVC material, and all connectors are done with anti-leakage treatment.

5. Temperature Control inside the Tank: 1 temperature sensor is installed in the middle of the each tank.

  When the temperature is higher than the setting temperature it will feed the cool water automatically.

6. Whole frame of formation tank, transmission shaft adopts 316 stainless steel;

7. Seal Doors of Formation Tank: The battery incoming doors are fixed with tank tightly, and the battery

output doors with anti-acid plastic roller, locking system are made by 316 stainless steel. Open 316L

stainless steel locker, overturn the door about 100degree as roller conveyor.

8. The lifting doors are made by 2mm transparent PC board. Strengthened by stainless steel square tube,

lifting height 800mm. The door is designed reasonably, could be fixed in any position.

9. It adopts PLC and touch screen control modes for electrical system, all the parameter setting and date shows on the touch screen.

10. It needs to prepare earthing for formation tank, to keep safety of machine running;
