The machine is one of the parts of the complete Non woven Process. A variety of raw materials are placed on the transfer lattice of the bale opener. The whole bundle of raw materials is fed together, saving labor. And the raw material is sent to the lower row of the upper hand by the epithelial curtain. The raw materials are mixed and opened by the beater; the raw materials are dropped on the curtain, and then sent to the beater to mix, and then discharge onto conveyor evenly.

1. Heating method: Use 3 burners for heating. Three circulating fans will penetrate the hot air through the air duct and blow it against each other to achieve the maximum hot air effect.
2. The frame is made of 120mm square tubes welded and connected; the structure is stable.
3. The drive mesh roller adopts seamless steel pipe after fine grinding and chrome plating.
4. The curtain entry frames are each 1700mm long, and the rear curtain exit frame is 3000mm long, effectively ensuring deviation correction and stable operation of the motor.
