Main structure
1-1) This type hydraulic stamping machine for the welding body structure, the fuselage are used Q345 high quality steel welded together, processed before the aging treatment to eliminate the welding stress, and through rigorous testing to ensure the accuracy of processing accuracy. The overall welding body is rigid and durable. Reasonable structure of the machine, beautiful appearance.
1-2) The working cylinder adopts the piston type structure, and the piston rod is connected with the connecting beam through the connecting flange. Cylinder and piston rod material are used 45 # forged steel, piston rod after heat treatment and then hard chrome plating surface treatment, greatly improving the wear resistance and orientation, and can improve the service life of the ring. Cylinder seals are made of high quality imported composite seal, to avoid the leakage of the cylinder. And has a good wear resistance and heat resistance, the use of replacement ring cycle greatly extended.
1-3) the oil tank is equipped with oil temperature, oil level instructions and oil filter.
1-4) between the beam bottom surface and dia, there is a flat plate connected,so it is easy for installing and fix the die;
1-5) hydraulic displacement sensor installed in the upper left, easy to adjust the travel and is conducive to the safety of the sensor.
1-6) the table operating port with a safety grating protection device, is conducive to the safety of the operator.
