PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
1. It is a one part neutral curing sealant with excellent flexibility and high movement ability, it is specially designed
for use in gasket replacement or coating gaskets for high temperature areas.
2. It is easy to use, cures on exposure to moisture in the air to form a tough, flexible, silicone rubber gasket which can replace
gaskets for sealing and can also be used as a washer dressing
3. It shows excellent resistant to aging, weathering and thermal cycling, without hardening, shrinkage or cracking

APPLICATION
1. Used to seal all types of flanges, including metal plate covers marked at the required water-ethylene glycol position.
2. Mainly used for flange seals with excellent oil resistance or rigid flange seals for gearboxes and cast metal housings.
3. Typical applications include oil pan, transmission, valve covers, valves and guides, timing gear covers and differential
covers, in-situ assembly of gaskets and assembly of gaskets.
RESTRICTIONS
APPLICATION TEMPERATURE: +5ºC to +45ºC
1. Cleanse with a cleaning agent, to keep the substrate surfaces completely clean.
2. Use the sealant after cleaning agent dries, around 1~2mins later. You can use two different cloth, one for
cleaning agent, and the other for sealant.
3. For better appearance, cover outside of joint areas with masking taps before application.
4. Tool immediately after sealant application, make it smooth and remove masking tape before sealant skins.
12 months in unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place at temperatures between +5ºC and 27ºC,
humidity between 30% and 70%. Optimal storage is at the lower half of this temperature range and humidity range.
To prevent contamination of unused product, do not return any material to its original container
