Win Win Tech Check Fixture facility is located in Shenzhen, close to the airport. It have been specialized in designing and making check fixtures for automotive parts since July, 2006. And we have accumulated rich experience of designing and making check fixtures for automotive parts. We are ISO9001 certified enterprise.
We have 5 big CNC machines, lathe, NC milling machine for check fixture manufacturing. And with 4 CMM in our QC department to inspect the fixture dimensions. The inspection accuracy is 0.002MM. And our designing team is using UG software to design check fixture.

Design Capabilities
Win Win Tech has 12 designers with rich experience, we use Auto CAD for the 2D design, and UG, Pro/E for the 3D data design.
During the design process, we always focus on the below 3 factors:
A: Basically design according to the customer 2D, 3D, making sure each required point can be checked on the gauge.
B: Optimize the design for easy machining and use, for better production cost and delivery time.
C: Make sure the design is flexible in case the customer will have modification need during the building process or after the fixtures done.
After the design finished and approved by the customer, we will also make the work instruction for customer checking. Then even at the design stage the clients know how to use the gauge, and know everything about the gauges.
