4.Can I have my logo on the product?

Yes, we can include your design or logo with AI or PS file. You can choose the color, position of the logo, and printing method (silk screen, debossed, or embossed).


5.How long can I expect to get the sample? Is there any charge?

Please send us the model number of the item. Samples are free for each model, but shipping fees are charged to the customer. Usually, samples are sent out within 3-5 days using DHL or UPS.


6.How much for my own design? Is there a sample charge? Can it be refunded?


Molding and sample fees depend on your design. Sample mold lead time is 5 days, while mass production mold lead time is 10 days. Sample charges are refunded once an order is placed, and molding fees can be refunded based on your orders. Please note that shipping fees for samples are not included.
