Product Description
A2/B1 fire-resistant aluminum composite panel, using special flame-retardant core material. According to the fire rating, ACP panels are divided into two types: A2 and B1. Buyers need to purchase and use in strict accordance with the fire protection standards of building materials.
The difference between A2 and B1 fireproof ACP panels
1. Different core materials
B1 grade plastic core material, containing 50%-55% flame retardant, the main components are aluminum oxide (Al2O3) and magnesium oxide (MgO)
A2 grade plastic core, containing 88%-90% flame retardant, the main components are aluminum hydroxide (Al(OH)3) and magnesium hydroxide (Mg(OH)2)
2. Fireproof performance
B1 Fireproof panel: It will start to burn after 5 minutes of continuous ignition, and it will go out 10 seconds after leaving the flame.
A2 Fireproof panel: It will start to burn after 20 minutes of continuous ignition, and it will be extinguished immediately after leaving the flame.
A2/B1 fire-resistant aluminum composite panel has no difference in the production of finishes except for the different core materiL
