Product Description
FC610A BGA Deflux machine is mainly used to wash water-soluble flux residual on balls and substrates after BGA ball placement and soldering. The machine adopts stainless steel net conveyor system, large flow rate upper and lower symmetrical spray water wash process. This wash system consist of DI water spray wash, DI water spray rinse, Hot air blow dry process.
The BGA ball-planting substrate is transferred from the machine input side to the net conveyor, passes through DI water wash zone, DI water rinse zone, air blow dry zone and send out to output side automatically in sequence at the setting net speed. It can be connected with loading and unloading, guiding equipment, transport conveyor, etc. to form an auto wash line.
Put in substrate→drainage chamber→DI water wash→DI water rinse→hot air blow dry→send out substrate
Wash: Hot DI water spray to wash the water soluble flux after ball placement soldering.
Rinse: Hot DI water spray to rinse washed BGA ball-mounting substrate.
Final rinse: Hot DI water spray to rinse BGA ball-mounting substrate to make it more clean.
Hot air blow dry: The high pressure air knives blow off the moisture on the substrate to makes it dry.
