A:ISO,ANSI,AWWA,API,DIN,BS,JIS,EN,GOST,AS standard.
3. Q: Is there any stock in your factory? And How long is your delivery time?
A: We stock valves with normal sizes. Generally it is 15 days if the goods are in stock. It is 25-30 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity
4. Q: Which countries do you export to ?
A: We export directly to vast majority of countries in the world.
5. Q: Can you provide the relevant documentation and certificate?
A: Yes, We can provide the international certificates and relevant chemical analysis, mechanical properties, pressure test reports according to the customers need.
6.Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A:Yes, Welcome sample order to test and check the quality of products. The sample amount is less than $100, the product cost is free, and the customer needs to pay the express delivery fee. If the sample amount is higher than $100, and the sample cost and express delivery fee need to be negotiated by both parties.
7. Q:Can you OEM or ODM?
A:Yes, we have a strong research & development team. The products can be made according to your request.
8.Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: 30% T/T in advance ,70% balance before shipment or see copy of bill of lading.
9.Q: How to deal with after sales ?
A:warranty time : 12 months from the shipment ; and we will be responsible for all the quality problems. We will provide process guidance services, replacement parts, on-site guidance and maintenance services. (both parties shall negotiate the relevant expenses)
