BS Series Fully Automatic Shrink Packing Machine
This is series of fully-automatic L-sealing and cutting machine plus heat-shrinking packing machine
Type: BMD-450B, BS-400LB
BS-400LB micro-computer sealing-cutting machine together with BMD-450 B dual-cycling heat-shrinking packing machine, which adopts Japanese technology. It is high efficient packing equipment that can be in process of single or collective way of full-closed packing.
The machine adopts PLC program control, man-machine interface to operate. It is the product having upper automation degree and integrating motor and electricity. And it can replace the same kind of imported products. The complete machine is made of stainless steel and other normal type.
This machine suitable for packing of pharmacy, food, stationery, cosmetic, electronic products, toy, printing goods, CD tec.

Feeding, bag-making, sealing-cutting, collecting waste, neatening, shrinking and packaging are finished in one process automatically.
Constant temperature superfine Al alloy sealing blade, anti-stickiness, slight sealing, non-coking, non-smoking, without pollution occur.
Cutting blade safety system: Micro-sensor device, preventing blade from cutting hard objects and resilience safely.
Neaten automatically, delivery to flating structure after sealing, specializing in collective and unit packing of batch goods.
Adjust the dimension of packing objects optionally, and no need to change mould.
All transmission belts covers with special materials, so as not to scald and damage film.
The dual hot-air cycling temperature in the shrinking chamber can be set optionally.
Transmission motor adopts electronic stepless speed regulation, which has long lifetime and low noise.
