BV90 adopts 1.8kW spindle motor , 50~350 rpm to ensure the constant larger torque of 25 N.M and the easy handling of 80 mm large hole; at high rotation speed and constant power, the boring can make the perfect smoothness. Featuring the large power, large torque motor, wide and stable bed structure, and light and flexible air floating structure, the machine tool is applicable to almost all kinds of cylinder heads. 5. BV120 adopts 2.5 kW spindle motor, the spindle in diameter of Φ90 mm for heavy cutting and a heavy duty machine bed of special reinforcement, featuring maximum torque of 42N.M. and special stable and powerful boring at low speed within 50 rpm, so that it is applicable for processing heavy duty diesel engine cylinder head and high hardness valve seat. The standard configuration includes the NEWEN Type tools holder , tip holder and tips imported.
