Diaper Series |
Spandex for diapers series is produced by implementing significant change in raw materials, polymerization formulas and spinning processes based on original coarse denier products, which improves sofeness on the condition that elasticity property of spandex is ensured, and provides spandex with certain anti-microbial property through the addition of special accessories. Advantage 1. This series of product can be directly used to product hygienic material products with good wearing property and comfort; 2. Spandex can be adhered well with non-woven fabrics, without slippage; 3. The solvent residual rate and oil content of this series of product are low; 4. This series of product have passed Oeko-Tek standard 100 international environmental protection level I certification, environmental-friendly, nontoxic, healthdul and hygienic; 5. Specification range is from 420Den to 840Den, Roll weight range of this series of product is between 1.5kg and 3kg, which can be adjusted according to clients' demands.
Application Mainly used for baby diapers, adult diapers, diaper pants and medical bandages. |

1. Highly elastic, thin, long stretch, low specific gravity, low ammonia content
2. High strength, high elastic modulus, breaking elongation may reach 550% or above, good wear resistance
3. High temperature resistant, heat setting temperature 190°C, good chromaticity
4. Even denier, low tensile stress, high elastic recovery percentage, good for medium and high-class fabric
