Badge Fittings:
* The most commonly used are the pin, safety pin or magnetic.
* We will always use the standard pin fitting which is supplied with the unit price unless a different fitting is requested.

Price:
* Due to the custom of every individual order, we do not include pricing on our website.
Instead we ask that you give us a email to ensure you get the best pricing available.

Payment:
* 30% deposit in advance, before delivery by T\T, Western Union.
* Other payment can be negotiated, please confirm with us.

Packing & Shipping:
* Packing: Individual OPP bag, then packed in big OPP bag and carton.
* Shipping: By express for small order, by sea freight for mass production.
* If you have any idea about packing or shipping, please confirm with us.

Lead time:
* Sample making normally takes 3 to 4 days.
* Production time is around 10 to 12 days, it is depend on quantity.

* Please note if you have an idea and not a design, we will happily draw a design for you and submit for your approval.

Yes, it takes about 6-7 days for sampling and 10-12 days for mass production.

Yes, we will send you a proof within 1-3 days after receiving your order.
Production can only begin after we receive your approval for the artwork.
