Balanced Pressure Proportioning System , Foam Bladder Tank
The PHYM series Foam Bladder Tank is to provide a foam solution for fire foam system. It mainly consists of the pressure tank, bladder, proportioner, control valves, pressure gauge, and pipelines. High-pressure water is needed to swap out foam concentrate (stored in the bladder in the tank) from the tank as a certain proportion. Foam concentrate then mixes with pressurized water and form foam solution. For bladder is separated from the water that it can be utilized next time if not finished. Besides, there is a feed inlet to refill or rechange foam concentrate.
Working Principle:
When pressurized water flows through the proportioner, a small part of water (3%~6%) flow into tank from the water inlet and press bladder to swap out equal foam concentrate to mix with another part of water (97%~94%) in proportioner. Foam solution flows out from outlet and was supplied to foam generators or foam nozzles through pipelines.
Application:
The unit usually constitutes foam spray system and low/high expansion foam extinguishing system with pipelines, foam generators and foam nozzles. This unit provides foam solution for these systems through pipelines which are distributed in all destination areas and they are connected with generators or foam nozzles. The system works once there is fire somewhere and solution was transported to destination area through pipelines. Thus destination area gets foam solution to put out fire with foam generators or foam nozzles.
Characteristic:

2. Widely used both in mid-multiples and low multiples foam extinguishing system.
