Product Description
Yosion Labtech bottle rollers are designed for batch wet/dry grinding or leaching of a variety of minerals and ores. The rollers are capable of accepting ceramic or metal ball/rod barrels for grinding or plastic jars for leaching. The rollers are controlled by converter and the speed is adjustable. The rubber treatment of roller surface ensures quiet operation. The WEG motor offers reliable performance.
Specific Operation Instructions:
1.Mix the sample bucket between the drive idler and the driven idler;
2.start the inverter, press the RUN button;
3.The speed control knob on the rotary frequency converter is adjusted to the proper running speed;
4.after the sample running for a period of time, according to the frequency converter STOP button to stop;
5.if the sample needs to reverse mixing, please mix the sample bucket into the drive idler and another group of driven idler;
6.. according to the inverter REV button, motor reversal;
7.start the inverter, press the RUN button;
8.The speed control knob on the rotary frequency converter is adjusted to the proper running speed;
After the sample running for a period of time, according to the frequency converter STOP button stop, the whole mixing process is finished.
