Product Description
PX Bamboo solid beam consist of layers of bamboo strips pressed on top of each other by horizontal or vertical direction . Bamboo solid beam is available in the colors of caramelized and natural, it can be use in numerous applications most of time as indoor window and door-frame and others construction cross beam also furniture border etc.

Unlike hardwood, the bamboo solid beam is a very regular material in terms of stability and structure( no knots, no resins coming out) and if therefore easy to process. The maximum length of the beam is 5500 mm but by using finger joints any length can be created. The Bamboo beams are available in the colors caramel and natural, in both the extra hard high density close to 750 kgs / CBM version and the vertical /flat pressed version.

Per shipment before we have processional inspection team to check pieces as 30% -50% scale , even 100% as clients requirement, and make Bamboo Lumber Inspection Sheet for approve , including sizes tolerance control, for bamboo lumber, we only keep positive value of +0.5-1mm. Color consistent , moisture control , upright square etc...to final strong package.
Bamboo timbers are similar to wood plywood produces which under hot processed and not need fumigation when exporting, here are the regular procedures of solid bamboo lumber, and bamboo panels :
