Working Principle
After cleaning, the peeled white coconut can be crushed into thin strips of coconut or cut into thin slices. The belt coconut dryer can dry the coconut or slices. The coconut silk and coconut flakes are placed on the conveyor belt, which is tiled on the mesh belt of the dryer after passing through the material equalizing device on the conveyor belt. The coconut silk passes from layer to layer in the dryer, and a material guiding and reversing device is set between each layer to make the materials fully contact with the heat carrier; The material flows out from the first floor. The heat carrier is introduced into the dryer by the fan. The wind speed and pressure generated by the induced draft fan make the heat carrier fully and evenly distributed at the bottom of the dryer. Because the lower pressure is greater than the upper pressure, the heat carrier moves upward and passes through each layer of mesh belt to make the material fully contact with the heat carrier and improve the drying efficiency

Features
(1) The hot air provided is pure hot air. The hot air temperature is provided according to the needs of the goods, and is automatically controlled by the set temperature range of 50 ºC - 160 ºC.(2) The drying oven is generally of 4-layer or 5-layer structure, which is rotated and dried layer by layer to simulate the manual turnover in the sun.
(3) The bottom layer is dry materials, which are gradually wet layer by layer upward and dehydrated layer by layer. The dry materials are in contact with hot air, and the wet materials are in contact with wet hot air, which avoids the direct contact of wet articles with dry hot air and reduces the damage to the essence and color of articles caused by approximate sunlight exposure.
