Product Description
Chenlong CH-500 double column semi-automatic band saw is ideal for cutting metal solids, tubes and profiles with a variety of materials including, but not limited to, iron, steel, aluminum alloy, stainless steel and bearing steel.
★ Semi-automatic operation, easy to understand and use control panel;
★ Hydraulic downfeed rate is adjustable and controlled by stepless regulating valve;
★ During cutting process, saw frame quick approach to workpiece and slow down downfeed rate before blade touch the workpiece;
★ The saw machine uses roller bearings and carbide blocks to guide the blades which extend the blade life.
