Entry Lane
- A transient Parker at the Entry Station may press a button to take a barcode ticket (barcode gate entry system), When a button is pressed, an encrypted time-stamped barcode is printed with custom text, and the ticket number, and the date and time of entry. That ticket information is also recorded to JUTAI Parking Management Software, then the barrier gate arm opens.
- A monthly Parker would present their access credential card for approval. Once the credential has been approved for the date, time and location, the card transaction data is recorded to JUTAI Parking Management Software, then the barrier gate arm opens.
Parking Payment Machine
For manual cashier charging options, a Cashier PC may be configured to update a ticket to be marked as paid for use in the exit lane directly, or print an exit ticket to be valid for the exit terminal within a specified time period from center payment. The Cashier PC has the ability to rate tickets, apply discounts such as coupons, or apply a discount directly through the Cashier PC.
It dispenses hourly parking barcode tickets to gain access to the parking lots. While season parkers get access via self-service by swiping their cards close to the reader, i.e built-in the Entry/EXIT Station, or enter/leave without stopping if the window shield tag is read by the external long-range reader. Typically the Entry/Exit Station is coupled with a Barrier Gate, Loop Detector, and optional devices, depending on the site requirements.
Exit terminal: the compact exit terminal identifies transient users by reading a barcode ticket and validating, other season pass holders by reading pass-card identification.
