Physicochemical Properties: Green liquid. Dissolved in water, it's difficult to dissolve in alcohol. Besides six hydrate, it includes different number of hydrate, can be up to 18 molecules hydrate at most.The color varies from green to purple.
Applications and Usages: It the major applications of chromium sulfate include preparation of chromium dye mordant,used in ceramics and make leather. Used in chromium catalysts, green paint and oil.

3. Basic Chrome Sulphate BCS Application
Mainly used for Tannage, dyeing and printing, ceramic, green ink, also used for chrome tanned leather, wet blue, insolubilizing proteins and other organic substances.

Physical characteristics :
Basic chromium sulphate is available in bright green powder with high tanning properties. The product is dried with most sophisticated steamdrum drier which does not allow material to be overheated. It is not toxic and has better solubility

The main application is making chrome tanned leather, dyeing and printing, ceramic, green ink,insolubilizing proteins and other organic substances
