Function:
Pasting paper is used for the expanded grid production system, the main role is attached to both sides of the plate when applying to prevent the lead paste off and lead paste adhesion to the device, and to prevent the plates stacked together when they adhere to each other. With the protection of the paperboard, the plates can greatly reduce lead dust during transportation and assembly, which is good for the environment. The use of pasting paper can reduce the apparent density of pastes, increase the active material utilization of the plates, save the amount of lead used, and at the same time, it can allow the battery to have a consistently higher starting power.
